WIIN Reset Terms of Service
Effective Date: 2 July 2026
These Terms of Service form the agreement between you ("the Client") and WIIN with JB, operated by Julie Bell ("WIIN", "we", "our", "us").
By enrolling in the WIIN Reset Programme, you agree to these Terms.
- About WIIN
WIIN with JB provides educational coaching, mental fitness programmes and professional development designed to help individuals better understand and respond to stress, overwhelm and unhelpful thinking patterns.
The WIIN Reset is an educational coaching programme. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, crisis intervention or medical treatment.
- The WIIN Reset Programme
Your enrolment includes:
- Eight-week online WIIN Reset programme
- Access to learning modules through Kajabi
- Downloadable journals and resources
- Weekly check-ins and feedback where appropriate
- Community support as advertised
- Live coaching sessions where included
- Optional individual support where offered
Programme content may be updated from time to time to improve the learning experience.
- Eligibility
The programme is intended for adults aged 18 years or over.
By enrolling, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate;
- you are participating voluntarily; and
- you understand that coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent support, you should contact your GP, NHS 111, emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.
- Programme Fee
The current fee for the WIIN Reset is displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment is required before access to the programme is provided unless an agreed payment plan is in place.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
WIIN does not store your payment card information.
- Cooling-Off Period
If you purchase the WIIN Reset online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you have not accessed the programme or requested immediate access to digital content, you are entitled to a full refund within this 14-day period.
If you request immediate access to the programme and begin accessing digital content during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may be reduced or lost in accordance with UK consumer law.
- Refund Policy
After the applicable cooling-off period has ended, programme fees are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will not normally be provided where:
- you decide the programme is no longer suitable;
- you do not complete the programme;
- you fail to attend live sessions;
- you do not make use of the available support.
In exceptional circumstances, WIIN may consider requests on a discretionary basis. Any such decision is made at WIIN's sole discretion and does not create an ongoing entitlement.
If WIIN cancels the programme before it begins and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund.
- Ongoing Membership
Upon completion of the WIIN Reset, your participation will automatically continue into the WIIN Community Membership, unless you notify us that you do not wish to continue.
The monthly membership fee and billing date will be communicated clearly before your first subscription payment is taken.
Membership is billed monthly in advance.
- Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email.
Your membership will remain active during the notice period, and any payments due within that period remain payable.
No partial monthly refunds are offered once a monthly payment has been processed.
After cancellation takes effect:
- future payments will stop;
- access to membership content will end; and
- you will no longer have access to member-only resources, coaching sessions or community areas.
- Your Responsibilities
To gain the greatest benefit from the programme, you agree to:
- engage honestly with the learning materials;
- complete reflections and check-ins where possible;
- attend sessions where reasonably able;
- take responsibility for implementing the strategies discussed;
- seek appropriate professional support where needed beyond the scope of coaching.
You remain responsible for all decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching.
- Code of Conduct
WIIN aims to create a safe, supportive and respectful learning environment.
All participants agree to:
- treat others with kindness and respect;
- maintain confidentiality regarding other members' personal stories;
- avoid discriminatory, abusive or intimidating behaviour;
- contribute constructively during discussions;
- respect differing experiences and viewpoints.
The following behaviour may result in immediate removal from the programme or membership without refund:
- harassment;
- bullying;
- hate speech;
- repeated disruption;
- threatening behaviour;
- sharing confidential information about other members without permission.
- The WIIN Cohort Promise
Every WIIN cohort is built on the belief that growth happens most effectively in a psychologically safe environment.
As members of the WIIN community, we commit to:
- showing compassion before judgement;
- listening without attempting to "fix" others unless invited;
- respecting confidentiality;
- celebrating progress rather than perfection;
- recognising that everyone's journey is different;
- contributing to a culture of encouragement, curiosity and accountability.
We ask every participant to help protect this environment for everyone.
- Confidentiality
Personal coaching discussions are treated as confidential.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where:
- disclosure is required by law;
- there is a safeguarding concern;
- there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person.
Community discussions should also be treated as confidential by all participants, although WIIN cannot guarantee that other participants will always comply.
- Intellectual Property
All programme materials, videos, journals, worksheets, graphics, coaching frameworks and resources remain the intellectual property of WIIN with JB unless otherwise stated.
They are licensed for your personal use only.
You may not:
- copy or reproduce programme materials;
- share login details;
- distribute resources;
- upload materials to other platforms;
- record coaching sessions without permission;

- Live Sessions
Where live coaching sessions are included:
- dates may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances;
- reasonable notice will be given wherever possible;
- replay access will be provided where advertised.
Some sessions may be recorded for participants who cannot attend live. By joining a recorded session, you consent to your participation being included, although you may choose to keep your camera off or contribute via chat if you prefer.
- Limitation of Liability
WIIN provides educational coaching and mental fitness support using professional knowledge and experience.
While every effort is made to provide high-quality guidance, no guarantee can be given regarding individual outcomes, as results depend on many factors including personal engagement and circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
- Changes to the Programme
WIIN reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, scheduling, technology platforms or delivery methods where necessary to improve the programme or respond to unforeseen circumstances.
Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
